Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 8 November, a delegation of the State of Qatar led by the former Prime Minister, founder of a number of large investment and industrial holdings of this country, Hamad bin Jassim Al-Thani, accompanied by the Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Laziza Kudratova visited Bukhara region.

An acquaintance with the activities of the agricultural cluster in Bukhara took place. The guest highly appreciated the production processes built at the enterprise for a range of popular products.

The Qatari side was presented with further projects to expand the activities of the agricultural cluster, trade and economic opportunities in the Bukhara region and the generally comfortable conditions of the investment climate created in Uzbekistan.

Agreements were reached on the joint implementation of promising projects in the production of finished textile products and the development of tourism infrastructure.

The visit program included a visit to the world-famous architectural ensembles of Bukhara.
