Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan held negotiations on the development of bilateral cooperation during a visit to China.

Negotiations were held with representatives of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. The parties discussed issues of creating mutually beneficial projects.

Issues of supporting joint scientific research projects, organizing internships for young scientists from Uzbekistan in China and developing interaction between technology parks were considered.

Representatives of the ministry also met with representatives of the Ministry of Education of China and Beijing International Studies University to discuss the possibilities of establishing educational and scientific ties between higher educational institutions of the two countries.

Issues of assisting Uzbek students in deeper mastery of the Chinese language within the framework of the Chinese language training and cooperation center were also considered.
