Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Uzbekistan commented on the tragedy at a construction site in Yangikhayot district of Tashkent, where a young worker died.

The agency qualified the incident as the result of negligence.

Work at the site was under constant inspection control, but failure to comply with regulations led to the death of a 23-year-old worker.

The Ministry of Construction recalled the responsibility of all construction participants to ensure safe working conditions.
