Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  A car accident involving a Nexia vehicle occurred in Surkhandarya region, resulting in the death of a schoolboy, as reported by the press service of the regional traffic police.

According to the provided information, the incident took place on 12 November in Bandikhan district.

A 32-year-old driver of the Nexia ran over a 7-year-old boy who was crossing the road at an unauthorized location.

The child suffered severe injuries and was hospitalized. Despite the medical team's best efforts, the boy passed away.

A preventive discussion was held at the school the child attended, organized jointly with the Ministry of Emergency Situations and local residents.
