Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Ferghana region continues implementing measures to improve the quality of public transport services, create additional convenience for passengers, and modernize the urban transport system.

Special attention is being given to renewing the fleet of passenger transport enterprises.

As part of these efforts, Ferghanaavtotrans Khizmat LLC has purchased 24 new YUTONG buses from China.

In the coming days, the new buses will begin serving residents of Fergana city on routes operating under a gross contract system.

Currently, 72 buses are already running on six city routes under the same contract model.
