The third forum of the creative and scientific intelligentsia of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) is due in Dushanbe in September, Mikhail Shvydkoi, the head of the Federal Agency for Culture and Cinematography of the Russian Federation and co-chairman of the forum, told a news conference in Moscow on Tuesday.
