Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – An official delegation of Uzbekistan has departed to participate in the XXXIII Summer Olympic Games Paris 2024, reports the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Uzbekistan.

The delegation was seen off at the Islam Karimov International Airport in the capital city.

The Summer Olympic Games in Paris will take place from 26 July to 11 August 2024. Uzbekistan will begin its participation in the Games tomorrow with a match between the football team and Spain.

For the first time in the history of the Olympic Games, the Uzbek delegation will feature 90 athletes who have secured 75 spots in 19 sports.

At the upcoming Games, our athletes will debut in sports such as football, archery, diving, and women’s wrestling.
