Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The trial in the case of Saidaziz Saidaliev, known as “Saidaziz Medgorodok,” and his accomplices will begin in Tashkent on 11 June.

According to the Supreme Court, the case will be heard in the Yunusabad District Criminal Court. There are 29 people involved in this case.

Saidaziz Saydaliev and his accomplices are accused of threatening to kill or use violence, extortion, violation of customs legislation, etc.

Saidaziz Saydaliev was detained in December 2023. He and his accomplices “knocked out” debts for money using threats, hooliganism and extortion.

Currently, 28 defendants are in custody, one of the suspects signed an undertaking of good conduct.
