Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Oil and gas are used in the production of finished products in complex structural and technological installations of advanced foreign companies. In order to ensure their safe and uninterrupted operation in the long term, as well as to provide high-quality technical maintenance, of course, qualified personnel are required, the press service of Uzbekneftegaz JSC reports.

Taking this into account, the enterprises and organizations of Uzbekneftegaz JSC have developed an action plan to train personnel and improve their skills.

As part of these events, a group of specialists from the Shurtan gas chemical complex under the management of Uzbekneftegaz JSC visited Japan and returned from advanced training at a training course at the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor company.

New ways to reduce risks when using steam turbines and compressors installed in the Mitsubishi complex were explored. In addition, processes aimed at preventing emergency situations were demonstrated directly during practical exercises.

Information about the maintenance processes of technological devices and mechanisms of complex machines was explained using special video lessons and effects.

The qualifications and skills acquired by specialists are important for more correct organization of production processes, as well as for the training of young personnel.
