New effective plant protection product

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Scientists from the Institute of Chemistry and Physics of Polymers of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan have developed a technology for the production of the Kuprumhit drug, which has no analogues on the world market. 

The drug "Kuprumkhit" is used in the form of a 0.5% solution for pre-sowing treatment of cotton and wheat seeds in order to prevent diseases. 

As a result of encapsulation of cotton and wheat seeds with the Kuprumhit polymer preparation, a polymer film is formed that protects the seeds from adverse environmental conditions. 

The preparation is ecologically safe, biologically active and biodegradable; has an effective effect against pathogenic microorganisms, accelerates growth and enhances the immune activity of plants. "Kuprumhit" is an effective drug and, in addition to pathogens of cotton and wheat, is highly effective against fungi Monilia fructicola, Monilia fructiigena, causing moniliosis of fruit trees. The optimal consumption rate of the drug is 20 l/t.
