Hotels in Uzbekistan begin preparations for the new tourist season

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 15 December, a seminar for hoteliers and hotel managers was held in Tashkent. The event was organized by the Academy of Hospitality with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, which will become a reliable partner for hoteliers and restaurateurs in training, selection and placement of personnel at their enterprises.

The main goal of the event is to prepare for the new tourist season. The seminar program included presentations and master classes on the use of creative methods in organizing hotel management, personnel management, as well as on improving new standards and quality systems, and increasing sales.

Raisa Ibragimova, Executive Director of the Academy of Hospitality, made a presentation on how to successfully train personnel. She outlined the main goals and objectives for improving the professional and personal potential of specialists in the hotel and restaurant business in accordance with international standards.
