Four more state assets in Bostanlyk district are put up for sale through "e-ijro auksion"

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The Directorate of the free tourist zone "Charvak", the Agency for State Assets Management and the khokimiyat of Bostanlyk district of Tashkent region put up for sale four state assets that have high tourist attractiveness.

In particular, the following items were put up for auction trading through the Unified Electronic Trading Platform “e-ijro auksion”:

- The camp of the former Medical Academy (land plot - 2.0 hectares) - at a starting price of 3.605.690.852 soums with an investment obligation to build a 3-star hotel with 50 rooms in 24 months;

- Construction of the camp of the Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals (land area - 2.64 hectares) - at a starting price of 4.582.477.648 soums with an investment commitment for the construction of a 3-star hotel with 50 rooms and a swimming pool within 24 months;

- Unused old building (plot area - 0.7 hectares) - at a starting price of 625.508.000 soums with an investment commitment to build a 3-star hotel with 30-50 rooms in 24 months;

- Sports and recreation camp "Lingvist" (land plot - 2.40 hectares)) - at a starting price of 1.526.769.400 soums with an investment commitment to build a 3-star hotel with 50 rooms within 24 months;

The auction is held in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further accelerate the privatization of state assets" No.UP-6167 from 11 February  2021.
