Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In accordance with the "Program for the installation of modern local treatment facilities and modernization of existing at 240 large industrial enterprises belonging to the category of high and medium risk to the environment" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, 10 enterprises of the Uzbekneftegaz system are included to the list of constructed and reconstructed objects (4 – new construction and 6 – reconstruction).
In this direction, it is planned to further improve work aimed at achieving water savings through modernization, reconstruction and construction of new modern treatment facilities.
In particular, a modern wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 500 cubic meters of wastewater per hour is being built at the Uzbekistan GTL LLC plant. The resulting mineralized, greasy, contaminated surface water and domestic wastewater are purified in three stages.
At the first stage, the resulting saline waste water is desalinated in the crystallizer evaporator, and high concentration cubic residues are dewatered.
In the second and third stages, the same sequence is carried out at the treatment plant itself.
Here, cleaning is carried out by mechanical, physicochemical, biological methods using modern devices, and ultimately cleaning is carried out on a membrane bioreactor device with the highest efficiency. Treated waste water is directed to the full technology.
