Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Alan field is located in Mirishkar district of Kashkadarya region and was opened in 1977. As a result of geological exploration, the gas pool of the field is located at an altitude of 2,442 to 2,798 meters above sea level.
Field operation began in 1979 with the use of 2 prospecting wells (No. 2, 5) on the Kultak complex gas treatment device.
In 1997, a complex gas treatment unit was commissioned at this field, consisting of 4 technological systems.
In 2013, in order to maximize the release and increase of liquid hydrocarbons in natural gas, 4 monoblock turboexpander units (MTDA) manufactured by the Ukrainian plant "Turbogaz" were built and modernized in the technological network of the complex gas treatment unit.
In 2021, it is planned to produce 2.771 billion cubic meters of natural gas and 69.6 thousand tons of gas condensate from this field.
In order to increase the volume of natural gas production at the "Alan" field, work was organized on a rotational basis.
As of 1 February 2021, the total number of wells in the field is 131, of which there are 81 active wells, 4 wells are in the process of drilling, and the number of completed and expected to be completed wells is 46.
Since the beginning of this year, as a result of intensification work at 8 wells of the field, an additional 1 million cubic meters of natural gas and 27.7 tons of gas condensate have been achieved.
By the end of 2021, it is planned to drill 14 new wells at the Alan field and, as a result, produce an additional 164.7 million cubic meters of natural gas and 3.6 thousand tons of gas condensate.
In addition, through overhaul and intensification of work on 36 wells, it is planned to additionally produce 63.7 million cubic meters of natural gas and 1.2 thousand tons of gas condensate.
In order to achieve an increase in natural gas production by ensuring the stable operation of equipment and installations, it is planned to commission the BVN-2 - Alan SKS-2 gas pipeline with a length of 2.9 km with a diameter of 530 x 16 mm and the BVN-4 - Alan SKS- gas pipeline 2 "with a length of 2.1 km and 2-stages of the station" Alan ".
The compressor station will increase the pressure by 3.3 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year and will supply gas to a complex unit for separating liquid components in gas, and will also produce an additional 1.5 million cubic meters of gas per day.
