Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- For the first nine months of this year, 4,058 tons of confectionery products in the amount of US$4.13 million were registered in the customs regime of export in Uzbekistan.
This is 1,847.4 tons more than in the same period last year.
Revenue from the export of confectionery products this year increased by 87% compared to the same period last year.
According to the State Customs Committee, 39% of confectionery products were exported to Kyrgyzstan and 29% to Tajikistan.
Also, this year, the export of confectionery products to China increased 5.1 times, Afghanistan - 4.9 times, Armenia - 4.4 times.
Thus, today confectionery products are exported from our state to the markets of 9 countries, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Mongolia.
