Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan constantly analyzes the issues raised on social networks. In particular, regarding the queues that are formed due to the congestion of people who have come to pay for electricity, we note the following.
During the days of the pandemic, the skills to pay for electricity online, in particular, through all payment systems available in the country - Payme, Paynet, Click, U-Pay, etc., gained particular importance.
Almost everyone today uses them to transfer money from card to card, pay for purchases, cellular communications, and so on. However, with regard to paying for utilities and electricity, among them, a fairly large number of people prefer to go to the bank’s cash desk, stand in line and, as a result, have the same result that can be obtained without leaving home using applications. This is the result of a lack of understanding of existing and well-functioning services.
In addition to using mobile applications, there are other ways to skip queues. Cash payments can be made through ATMs that are located throughout the capital and receive a corresponding check, if this is so important for those who are used to keeping receipts in paper form.
Making efforts to spread knowledge among the population, to develop the habit of paying for the same electricity without standing in line and without endangering oneself, various popular telegram channels and social networks that are read by the same electricity consumers would be made. And then there will be far less reason to distribute photographs of human-generated queues. People who are still not using the conditions created for them.
When paying for electricity online, the transferred funds immediately go to the current account of the consumer, without creating problems for him not with the storage of paper receipts, not with going to bank cash desks.
Helping people, explaining to them what convenient payment methods exist - this is how social networks and telegram channels could help their audience, which aim to make people’s lives better and more comfortable. Of course, the Ministry of Energy and its supervised organizations are constantly talking about this. But by combining efforts, it is possible to practically change the lives of people who stand in line for the better, simply not yet realizing that much better conditions have been created for them.
