"Open Stage" is a new platform for young artists and musicians
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In the Central Park named after Mirzo Ulugbek will open an "Open Stage" - a new platform for young artists and musicians. The first charity event on the Open Stage will be held in support of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Aid, where patients with COVID-19 are being treated.
On Saturday, 12 September, at 5:00 pm, the musical groups Camera, Renessans and Fomalhaut will perform. Host - Azamat Aliyev.
Bobur Farmanov, Director of the Ziyo Forum Foundation, said: “We have long wanted to create a platform where talented people could find a new audience and demonstrate their creativity. An open stage is a free space where young talents can perform, and we provide the necessary conditions for this.
The pandemic is not over yet. In Uzbekistan, every fifth person infected with coronavirus is a doctor, so with the first speech we want to draw people's attention to their work. The event is dedicated to the heroes of our time who sacrifice their strength and health in order to save others. "
The Open Stage project is supported by the Ziyo Forum Foundation for the Development of Science and Education and is aimed at free creativity, experimentation in the fields of music, theater, audiovisual art, performance and education. The goal pursued by the organizers of the project is to unleash the potential of young performers.
