Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to a presidential decree from 10 July, Alisher Sadullayev was appointed director of the Agency for Youth Affairs.
In connection with the new appointment, he was relieved of his post of first deputy adviser to the president on youth, science, education, health and sports.
The Agency for Youth Affairs was created by presidential decree from 30 June. Among the tasks of the new state body is the protection of the rights of young people, assistance in finding employment, obtaining a foreign education and doing business. Part of the property of the Youth Union will be transferred to the agency.
