A new Call Center to be launched in Tashkent
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Due to the fact that the coronavirus pandemic is gaining momentum, strengthening the fight against it and protective measures are the most important and urgent task today.
As part of the quarantine measures introduced in our country, a call center has been launched by the khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent and the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications to inform patients with coronavirus and study their condition.
The Call Center is designed to provide prompt and accurate support for medical information and to carry out the delivery of information and data exchange with people who are currently being treated with COVID-19 in home and clinical settings and / or taken into home quarantine, as well as with their relatives and members families.
The city khokimiyat asks those who feel a different kind of ailment or just suspect they have a coronavirus infection to contact the short number 1003, in medical institutions and a family clinic in the community.
Organized Call-center can be contacted by short number 1105 from 9:00 a.m. from 10 July to 1 August.
The call center will operate continuously for 24 hours.
