33 patients recovered from COVID-19 in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Seventeen patients recovered from the coronavirus at the clinic of the Research Institute of Virology in Tashkent, they completely recovered from coronavirus infection and went for rehabilitation, 16 – at the clinic at the Research Institute of Epidemiology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases.
Of the patients who recovered at the clinic of the Research Institute of Virology, 7 were infected as a result of contact with patients. The remaining 8 people arrived from abroad and were quarantined. After infection, they were hospitalized. Among those sent for rehabilitation 10 people from Tashkent region, 3 from Surkhandarya region, 2 each from the cities of Tashkent and Samarkand region. Among the men treated in this clinic are 10 men and 7 women, the oldest of them is 61 years old, and the youngest is 5 years old.
Of the patients who recovered at the clinic of the Research Institute of Epidemiology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, 4 people became infected as a result of contact with patients. The remaining 12 people arrived from abroad and were quarantined. After infection, they were hospitalized. Among the cured were 4 people from Tashkent region, 2 each to Samarkand, Bukhara regions and the city of Tashkent, 1 each to Ferghana, Kashkadarya, Syrdarya, Surkhandarya, Andijan regions and 1 to the Republic of Tajikistan. Among them are 12 men and 4 women. The oldest of them is 63 years old, the youngest was born in 2019.
Before that, 873 patients were cured in Tashkent, and now there are 906. Thus, at present 2525 people have completely recovered from coronavirus infection.
