Humanitarian cargo arrives in Uzbekistan from China

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A humanitarian cargo with 20 tonnes of medical supplies arrived in Uzbekistan from China, the Dunyo news agency reported with reference to the Press Service of the Ministry of Defense.
This cargo was provided by such Chinese companies operating in the military industry as Norinko, Viek Tochmash, Hayiter, Poly Technolozhi and others.
The list of supplies sent by the Chinese side included disposable sterile gloves, filtering face masks and thermal imagers.
The cargo was delivered to the republic on a special airliner of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan on 29 March 2020. At the airport he was met by senior officials of the Ministry of Defense and the State Committee for Defense Industry.
Beginning from 30 March, the medical supplies received will be distributed between the military and internal affairs officers providing the quarantine regime in the republic, as well as among the medical staff and other persons who need them.
