Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Russian Federation denies rumors about allegedly scheduled charter flights to Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - According to the data received, rumors are circulating on social networks and among Russian citizens in Uzbekistan about allegedly planned charter flights to Uzbekistan in the coming days. Fraudsters have begun “collecting” data about those who wish to return and compile “lists” of passengers.
The Embassy of Uzbekistan asks not to believe such rumors and not to spread them. Please note that from March 30 to April 20, 2020, all airports of the Republic of Uzbekistan suspend their work and air traffic stops completely. The embassy recommends compatriots who have the opportunity to stay in Russia without urgent need not to leave their places of temporary / permanent residence in order to avoid new infections with coronavirus and the spread of the disease.
The Consulate General urges fellow citizens to comply with the rules of the host country to combat coronavirus, not to visit crowded places, especially airports, to postpone all their trips, minimize all contacts, and adhere to hygiene requirements.
The embassy asks compatriots in Russia not to believe the rumors spread by scammers, to ignore offers to buy air tickets for charters through bank transfers, to remain calm and to follow the news in our official electronic resources:
