The regular bus on route Samarkand-Tashkent-St. Petersburg to be launched

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to create additional convenience for passengers traveling from different regions of the country to the Russian Federation, regular international bus on route Samarkand-Tashkent-St. Petersburg will be launched.
The first bus will run on 25 February and in future will run every other day. The bus is operated by Uzavtotrans Service LLC and the Russian company TTK GLOBUS. Departure starts at 9:00 from the Samarkand bus station and at 15:00 from the Tashkent bus station. The total distance is 4436 km. Passengers will be delivered to the central bus station of St. Petersburg. Ticket prices for this route will be 840,000 soums from Samarkand and 800,000 soums from Tashkent.
In addition, from 15 February, regular bus routes from Tashkent to Omsk will be opened. Ticket price is 450,000 soums. Currently, regular buses to the Russian Federation are carried out along the route Tashkent - Nizhny Novgorod, Tashkent - Kazan, Tashkent - Moscow.
Today, the Ministry of Transport is negotiating the creation of regular bus routes to other cities of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, Ministry of Transport recommends travelers to use the services of reliable and legally registered carriers.
