Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 29 July, authorized representatives of the Ministry of Innovative Development and 95 young scientists who are currently undergoing scientific training in the Republic of Belarus visited the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
During the visit, a meeting was held between the Chairman of the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus Vladimir Gusakov and the representatives of the Ministry of Innovations. During the meeting, the current state and prospects of bilateral scientific and technical cooperation were discussed. In particular, Vladimir Grigorievich spoke in detail about the conditions created for young scientists who were sent to undergo a scientific internship by the Ministry of Innovative Development.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on the creation of joint research laboratories in the research institutions of Uzbekistan with the assistance of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus. The organization of joint laboratories will provide an opportunity to create competitive scientific research using the existing scientific and innovative potential.
As reported earlier, at the initiative of the Ministry of Innovation Development, about 100 young scientists of our country and 26 vice-rectors on science and innovations of higher educational institutions and deputy directors of scientific research institutes on science undergo short-term scientific internships in the Republic of Belarus.
Scientific internships are held in scientific institutions of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus and more than 16 reputable higher educational institutions in this country.
