Uzbekinvest receives the International Certificate of the Quality Management System
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- National Insurance Company Uzbekinvest successfully passed the certification of the Quality Management System and again received confirmation of its compliance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015.
The certification of the company was carried out by the international certification body SGS (Switzerland), which is the world leader in the field of inspection services, expertise, testing and certification.
The quality management system in accordance with the requirements of international standards has been introduced in the company since 2004, while it should be noted that Uzbekinvest was the first domestic insurance company to implement the ISO 9001 quality management system.
The implementation of the system allowed the company to demonstrate its commitment to quality and the desire to maximize customer satisfaction, as well as the possibilities for continuous improvement. The active study of consumer opinion allowed us to identify opportunities for improving service, upgrading and developing new insurance products.
The certification of the quality management system confirms that the quality of the services provided is considered by the Company as a strategic basis for development, competitiveness and ensuring leading positions in the insurance market of the republic, improving the efficiency of insurance activities, making rational use of existing financial, technical and human resources and optimizing the company's management system.
