Uzbekistan returns to its pavilion at VDNH in Moscow
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Once the pavilion of Uzbekistan was one of the most beautiful at the Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy (VDNH) in Moscow. Years passed, and it became possible to reuse the “native” pavilion for the presentation of the tourism potential, the investment attractiveness of our country and the acquaintance of the capital of Russia with it.
As a result of the negotiations, the basis for which was an agreement with Dmitry Medvedev during his recent visit, on 24 June in Moscow an agreement was signed between the mayor’s office of the Russian capital and Tashkent city administration to lease a pavilion and a land plot under it. Financial and organizational and technical issues related to the reconstruction of the Uzbek pavilion were also considered.
After the completion of repair work, the grand opening of our pavilion is expected. It will adequately fit into the largest Russian exhibition complex.
