Ravshan Irmatov elected as first deputy president of AFU
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ravshan Irmatov was elected as the first deputy president of the Uzbekistan Football Association (UFA).
On 14 June 2019, Irmatov was elected to this post at an extraordinary reporting and election conference of the UFA.
Mukhiddin Juraev was also elected the second vice-president of AFU. Juraev is the deputy minister of internal affairs for the protection of public order.
Ravshan Irmatov replaced Umid Akhmadjonov at the post of the first deputy president of the UFA. On the eve, Akhmadjonov resigned from the post.
