Uzbekistan to present its music and films in Brussels
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador of Uzbekistan Dilyor Khakimov met with our compatriot, famous musician and teacher in Belgium, Renata Kambarova, who is also a co-founder of the Fractales musical ensemble, in Brussels.
The ensemble of international musicians was created in 2012 at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.
As Renata Kambarova noted, the rich Uzbek culture, its ancient roots are a source of inspiration for her and her colleagues.
The parties agreed on the importance of holding special cultural events dedicated to Uzbek musical culture and traditions. One of the first on this list will become a film concert “Uzbekistan: Get acquainted with the contemporary art of this Central Asian country”, which will be held in Brussels with the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Benelux countries.
The evening is expected to start with a traditional Uzbek cuisine, reminding that hospitality is the greatest and one of the most important arts of Uzbekistan.
