Tashkent city administration, Polish company IRIMED discuss cooperation issues
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- It is worth noting that cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are the leading cause of death worldwide: for no other reason as many people die every year as from CVD. For this reason, the opening of a new medical center specializing in cardiovascular diseases will be a timely step in the fight against this ailment.
At the meeting, the sides discussed the creation of a European clinic of cardiovascular diseases in Tashkent.
During the conversation, Deputy Mayor of Tashkent Sharof Rakhmanov noted that the implementation of such social projects will be important not only for the capital, but also for neighboring countries.
In turn, Professor Robert Gil noted the high prevalence of cardiovascular diseases in the world and added that the opening of the clinic will create conditions for the introduction of modern and effective technologies in Tashkent in this direction. He also said that special conditions will be created for the reception of tourists.
Deputy Khokim S. Rakhmanov underlined that the administration of the city of Tashkent is ready to provide all necessary assistance on this issue.
