Employees of the State Tax Service undergo certification process
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Information has appeared in social networks that allegedly attestation of tax service officers is carried out in order to “remove objectionable”, that there is some kind of blacklist.
The State Tax Committee (STC) declares that this is absolutely not true. To prevent unconfirmed rumors, we decided to clarify and talk about the certification process.
Certification is a necessary procedure that shows knowledge of the legislation of employees, their professional suitability for the successful implementation of a new tax concept. The first were employees of the Mirabad State Tax Inspectorate (STI). Only inspectors are undergoing attestation, not heads of the inspectorate and divisions.
As previously reported, certification is carried out in strict accordance with the regulations approved by the STC. Two weeks before the certification, a list of questions and answers was prepared, which were posted on the corporate network. Accordingly, tax authorities respond strictly within the framework of this questionnaire and receive an assessment solely on the basis of the answers.
Questions, which the person being certified must answer, relate directly to the profile of his work, what he does every day. No other factors were applied to the assessment. In addition, for objectivity and in order to avoid disagreements, the whole process is recorded on a video camera, and a transcript of the conversation is also conducted.
If the certifier does not agree with the results of the certification, he may contact the STC within 10 days and re-retake it. Not passed certification in any case do not dismiss, but only demoted. The main goal of certification is to identify really strong and competent specialists who are able to work in a higher position and contribute to the development of the tax sphere.
