Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, Tashkent hosted a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the II republican contest “100 Best Innovative Projects of Uzbekistan Women”, aimed at supporting talented women working in various fields and contributing to the development of our economy.
In the economic, cultural and educational development of society, the role of women is extremely important, as evidenced by the large-scale reforms in our country in the field of social development and, in particular, support for women. The Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan and the Women’s Center for Inventors of Uzbekistan create all the necessary conditions for talented women, providing them with support for the effective implementation of innovative projects, enhancing inventive activity, and protecting their intellectual property rights.
The competition was attended by representatives of international organizations, heads of ministries, agencies, employees of the Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan, members of the Center for Women Inventors of Uzbekistan, the Expert Council and representatives of the media.
The work carried out by the Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan and the Women’s Center of Inventors of Uzbekistan contributes to the promotion of innovative activities implemented by women of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the education of a new generation of scientists and inventors.
At the first stage of the competition, more than 4,000 technical projects, innovative proposals and inventions of scientific and practical importance for the national economy are presented. Participants: students and pupils, women - inventors, innovators, engineers, programmers, designers, doctors, pharmacists, specialists, women entrepreneurs.
At the final stage of the II republican contest “100 best innovative projects of women of Uzbekistan” more than 300 participants submitted their competitive projects for evaluation to the Republican Expert Council, 100 best projects, the authors of which became the winners of the competition.
Winners of various nominations were awarded with diplomas and memorable prizes from the Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan.
