TPCIT and Bucheon University start accepting documents

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 15 January, the admission committee for the new faculty “Development and maintenance of control devices” began its work at the Tashkent Professional College of Information Technologies (TPCIT). Acceptance of documents will last until 15 February 2019, the training course will begin in March 2019.
The new faculty "Development and maintenance of control devices" is a joint project of Bucheon University (South Korea) and the TPCIT.
“The goal of international cooperation in the field of vocational education is to contribute to the development of society, the education of highly qualified personnel who will meet the requirements of the 21st century - the century of knowledge and information. The design and equipment of the audience and the laboratory of the new faculty fully comply with the standards adopted by Bucheon University. Training is conducted close to the pedagogical technologies of the aforementioned university, and in the second year students will already be introduced to some of the professors of Bucheon University,” Dmitry Li, director of TPCIT, said.
The curriculum is presented by Bucheon University and adapted to the standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The program takes into account the enhanced study of the Korean language (implied learning from scratch), which is capable of preparing a student for TOPIK Level 3 in two years.
In the first two years, students will study in Tashkent. The language of instruction is Uzbek or Russian languages. Upon successful completion of training at TPCIT, a graduate is issued a local diploma.
After the end of the 2nd year students of the TPCIT, who received level 3 (TOPIK) in Korean and have good grades in special subjects, will be admitted to the third year of Bucheon University without exams. Graduate students of the 4th course, issued a bachelor’s degree in the field of study in the Republic of South Korea.
The total cost of training in TPCIT for one year is US$2,000 with payment in soums at the rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the date of conclusion of the contract.
