President of Uzbekistan ratifies agreement with Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a law on ratification of the Treaty between the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan on the point of junction of the State Borders of the three states on 2 April.
The agreement stipulates the location of the junction point of the state borders of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, and the passage of state border lines near the junction point, and a corresponding description is made.
The agreement was signed on 10 November 2017 by Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Komilov, Kazakh Foreign Minister Kairat Abdurakhmanov and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov.
The sides signed the document within the framework of international conference "Central Asia: One Past and a Common Future, Cooperation for Sustainable Development and Mutual Prosperity".
The Treaty creates a solid foundation for strengthening mutual respect, sovereign equality and territorial integrity of the three bordering states.
