Shinhan Bank provides two scholarships for IUT students

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Two students of Inha University in Tashkent (IUT) received one-time scholarships from South Korea’s Shinhan Bank Representative Office in Uzbekistan.
The financial assistance from one of the largest banks in South Korea enables IUT students to cover part of the tuition fees at the university.
Freshman of School of Logistics (SOL) Shakhlo Sarvarova and freshman of School of Computer and Information Engineering (SOCIE) received the financial aid of the South Korean bank.
The First Vice-Rector of Inha University in Tashkent, Professor Woosug Cho handed over scholarships of Shinhan Bank to IUT students.
It should be recalled that Shinhan Bank Representative Office in Uzbekistan has been providing scholarships to IUT students for last several years.
Rector of IUT Sarvar Babakhodjaev said: “Taking this opportunity, I would like to express gratitude to Shinhan Bank Representative Office in Uzbekistan for supporting our students on behalf of Administration of Inha University in Tashkent. We call other organizations and companies to support educational sector through investments and realization of joint projects.”
