New ecological park opened in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A new ecological park named after Zakhiriddin Muhammad Babur opened in Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent.
The grand opening ceremony of the park took place on June 10, 2017.
The park with an area of 12 hectares has a special landscape design. Its reservoirs, sports grounds were created on the basis of special ecological architectural and construction requirements.
The park also has a gym, badminton, volleyball, tennis, football pitches, bicycle paths, and children’s playgrounds.
There is also wooden playground and rope park. The eco-park has no attractions.
The fountain in the form of silver circle was built at the entrance of the park.
The entrance to the park is free. The visitors also can use running and bike paths for free. The fee is charged only for use of playgrounds and fields.
