Uzbekistan Airways receives new Full-flight simulator

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Havo Yollari (Uzbekistan Airways) received new Full-flight simulator for Boeing-767 airplane, the Uzbek airline said.
The airline said that Canadian company CAE produced and delivered the simulator to Uzbekistan.
Currently, the experts of the Canadian company are conducing assembly works of the simulator at the Training Complex of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari.
From 20 April, the Canadian experts will start to install necessary software and conduct settings. The simulator will be commissioned on 9 June 2017.
In May, 10 specialists will undergo training and after training they will receive permission to maintain simulator.
After launch of FFS B-767 simulator, Uzbekistan Havo Yollari will have necessary base to train and retrain pilots without attracting foreign educational centers. It will also allow to provide services on training foreign pilots as well.
