Agreement between Uzbekistan and Poland comes into force

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An intergovernmental agreement between Uzbekistan and Poland on visa-free travels of holders of diplomatic passports came into force on 26 September 2016.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, the document was signed in Warsaw (Poland) on 10 September 2015.
The document sets visa-free regime for holders of diplomatic passports of Uzbekistan and Poland in arrival, departure, transit and stay in the territories of two countries. People with diplomatic visas can visit the territories of the countries for up to 90 days within each period of 180 days.
According to the agreement, owners of diplomatic passports of Uzbekistan or Poland, appointed to work in diplomatic mission or consular office, can arrive, departure and stay in the territory of receiving country without visa for the whole period of accreditation.
