Cars with gas cylinders to be marked with special signs

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Automobiles, equipped with gas cylinders, will be marked in Uzbekistan with special sign, which was approved by the Uzbek Government.

The decision was adopted in line with the governmental resolution from 11 November 2015, which sets general technical regulation “On security of automobiles, working on compressed natural, liquefied oil gas or mixture of diesel and gas fuel”.

The document sets requirements for installation of gas cylinders to automobiles and their exploitation. The document said that the gas cylinders should be protected from external damages during movement of the cars.

One of the requirements set for automobiles with gas cylinders is marking then with special sign, approved by the government.
