Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- UzLiDeP in its election program pays special attention to increase the social-political activity of women, enhance their professional, spiritual and intellectual potential as well as improving their working conditions.
UzLiDeP council in Syrdarya region conducted the training seminar “Family business is an important factor in women’s employment” in Yangiyer city.
Last year, under the party project “From the family business to a strong family” women who want to start or expand their businesses, commercial banks have issued loans to 377.2 million soums. As a result, it was created about 500 new jobs.
It was underlined that via UzLiDeP project is provided the employment for 1011 women who are actively working in the region.
- Family business is a convenient and profitable form of business, in this business can work housewives and earn money for family, - said the deputy of UzLiDeP council in Yangier city.
During the seminar the participants were familiarized with benefits and preferences which were created for entrepreneurs in our country as well as experts explained to participants how to obtain and return the bank loan and the procedure registration of all documents.
- I have been in business for five years. Over the past period, I was nominated as "Best Craftsman" in the regional stage and as "Best Woman Entrepreneur" in the Republican stage of the contest "Tashabbus". All this encourages me to work hard, develop and create new work places. Now our team employs 50 young people, - said the head of the private enterprise "Bekazhon Yan" E. Mamajanova.
She is also opened a sewing shop, pastry shop and a hairdressing salon. Currently, 30 local women involved in this business.
At the end of the seminar active women with best business projects were recommended to participate for next stage of contest.
