Freight train to link China and Turkey via Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A committee of economy and information of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (China) will launch test exploitation two international freight trains in June 2014.
The route of one of them will pass through Uzbekistan. The train will run from Kurlya (China) to Mersin (Turkey) through Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Iran. It will take 19 days to pass this distance.
The second train will connect Kurlya and Novorossiysk (Russia) and it will pass through Kazakhstan. The train will run this distance within 15 days.
