The bank issued new 300,000 shares with par value of 10,000 soums each. The bank said the shares were fully placed on 22 November 2007.

The charter capital of Capital Bank comprised 8 billion soums as of today. The number of shareholders is 60, including 47 individual shareholders and 13 legal entities.
