Uzpharmsanoat produces goods for 265.7bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
State Joint Stock Concern of Pharmaceutical Industry of Uzbekistan, Uzpharmsanoat, produced goods for 265.7 billion soums in 2011, which grew by 36.4% year-on-year.
The company said that the volume of medicaments production rose by 22.5% year-on-year to 222.2 billion soums.
Production of goods of medical purpose grew 3.9 times to 16.7 billion soums in 2011, the company said.
The volume of production of auxiliary materials reached 17.7 billion soums (+265.6%) and other goods – 9.1 billion soums (221.6%).
The sector produced consumer goods for 239 billion soums soums in the reporting period, which rose by 39.1% year-on-year.
