The company said that the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the prospectus of emission on 18 January 2012.

In line with the document, Kvartz will place 145,236 ordinary shares with par value of 165,000 soums each. Total sum of emission will make up 23.964 billion soums.

In the result of the placement of shares, the charter capital of the company will grow from 654.562 million soums to 23.964 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed through replacement of old shares with par value of 4,500 soums to new ones with nominal value of 165,000 soums. At the same time, the difference between two par values will be paid due to capitalization of part of undistributed income of previous years at the size of 6.632 billion soums and net income for nine months of 2011 at the size of 16.678 billion soums.
