The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission of the company on 5 August 2011.

Within the emission, the company will place 2,444,200 ordinary shares with par value of 43,366 soums each. Total volume of emission makes up 105,955,177,200 soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan. The committee will pay for shares with property and money resources.

According to Uzavtosanoat, the charter capital of the company currently makes up over 233.975 billion soums.
