As it was noted at the presentation of the office, the opening of the Uzbek-Chinese Trade House in Namangan will help boost bilateral cooperation. Namangan region has close ties with business circles of China.

Last year, the regional companies exported US$1.5 million worth of goods to China. Those included agricultural products, rubber footwear, construction materials and other items, UzA reported.

Imports from China include equipment, machinery and other products.
