 Asaka Bank places bonds for 20bn soums Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
State joint stock commercial bank Asaka registered first emission of corporate bonds, the bank said.
The Center for securities market registered decision on emission of corporate bonds on 22 January 2010.
The bank will emit corporate bonds for 20 billion soums and start to place bonds from 10 February 2010.
Asaka Bank was founded in November 1995. The charter capital of the bank makes up 300 billion soums.
The main shareholders are Finance Ministry of Uzbekistan (66.6% share in charter capital), Uzavtosanoat – 16.7% and Fund for Reconstruction and Development – 16.7%. |
