Foresight Marketing intends to promote tourist potential of Uzbekistan in Japanese market
Chairman of the State Tourism of Uzbekistan Aziz Abdukhakimov in Tokyo held a meeting with the director of Foresight Marketing Shigeyoshi Noto.
The parties noted that increasing the recognition of Uzbekistan among the population of Japan is an important to increase the number of mutual tourist traffic between the two countries.
The sides discussed the practical aspects of cooperation on promotion of the tourist potential of Uzbekistan in the Japanese market.
The Japanese company offered its services to promote the tourist potential of Uzbekistan in the Japanese market. The company conducts promotional activities through print and electronic media.
Noto said that the cooperation of the two sides within the next 3 years will increase the flow of tourists from Japan to Uzbekistan by twofold, without taking into account ongoing charter flights between the parties.
The Uzbek side asked to provide concrete proposals, taking into account the planned growth of the flow of tourists from Japan to Uzbekistan.
Following the meeting, the parties reached an agreement that the Japanese firm will present its project to the Uzbek side on broad promotion of the tourist potential of Uzbekistan.
