Russian TV channel starts shooting film “Uzbekistan: Newly Found Revelations”

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A filming crew of the Russian channel “Kultura” (Culture) began shooting a documentary film “Uzbekistan: Newly Found Revelations” on 24 July 2017.
The film is shot in cooperation with National Association of Electronic Mass Media and TV channel “Karavan-TV”.
The film will tell about modern Uzbekistan and its traditions. The film will show modern life of Uzbekistan and traditions of the people.
Filming crew will visit Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, Termez and other cities to shoot the documentary film.
It is expected that unique film and photo, materials from personal archives and museums will be used in the film.
The film will feature interviews of outstanding architects, scientists, historians and calligraphers, as well as residents of various regions of Uzbekistan.
