Uzbektelecom cuts tariffs for internet services for ISPs

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbektelecom joint stock company cut tariffs for internet services (external channel) for internet service providers up to US$67.85 per 1 Mbps from 21 April 2017, the press service of the company said.
The company underlined that tariffs for internet services were decreased for the tenth time in 2017. It cut prices for ISPs up to US$91.07 on 1 January, US$87.14 on 6 January, US$86.85 on 10 January, US$86.11 per 1 Mbps on 2 February, US$80.94 per 1 Mbps on 16 February, US$76.61 on 3 March, US$76.48 on 30 March 2017, US$75.8 from 4 April, US$71.68 from 6 April and US$67.85 per 1 Mbps from 21 April.
Uzbektelecom recalled that it decreased tariffs for internet services for 12 times in 2016 – from US$156.24 in January to US$91.50 per 1 Mbps in December 2016.
