"Startup Initiatives" program held a presentation at IUT

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Inha University in Tashkent hosted a presentation of the second cycle of the support programme for start-up initiatives.

The programme is implemented within the framework of the joint project of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and UNDP "Business Forum of Uzbekistan (Phase III)" with the financial support of the representative office of Sasol in Uzbekistan and the Agency for Science and Technology of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The "Startup Initiatives" program supports the development (acceleration) of start-up ideas and projects of students and staff of higher educational institutions, including teachers and researchers.

Within the framework of the program, participants take part in seminars, meetings and consultations on the development of start-up projects. Individual business mentor (tracker) supports and advises teams on all issues of project development.

As part of the presentation, IUT students and teachers received information about the program and the stages of its implementation. They also received recommendations from the specialists of the program for the development of start-up projects.
